Alltech Café Citadelle is our Fair Trade Certified™ 100% Arabica coffee that serves as a sustainable source of income for 6,700 farming families across north central Haiti. After directly entering Alltech’s registered nonprofit ACE Foundation, the profits from this shade-grown and hand-picked coffee fund our hands-on involvement in Haiti: developing coffee co-ops, improving schools and providing jobs.
